I will chose another hotel...

Liked: The employees were very polite.
Disliked: Only 1 lamp.worked in the room, pool was not open, even though it stated open in March, and breakfast was a min amount of pasties, lemons and limes.

Hotel Francis

Liked: I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. It seems to change owners / names frequently. Even so, I’ve always had a nice stay here while visiting the area. Great location, friendly staff. The only problem I had this time was I missed breakfast. The room info said breakfast ended at 10:00 but when I went to the breakfast room at 9:15, everything was cleaned up and put away. I blame myself though for not confirming times with the desk clerk. Live and learn! I was able to get some Community Coffee for my ride home. I’ll be back soon!!!

Very poor

Liked: The room was newly remodeled
Disliked: Once they got the wifi fixed the TV wouldn't connect to it so in order to watch TV I had to use my personal hot spot. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and onto the carpet on other side of wall. No turndown service the week I stayed there. I had to get towels and toilet paper from the desk. There was no toilet paper holder or towel rods in bathroom.

Liked: Its location
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. There were dead bugs all over outside. The room we were put in at first had not been cleaned. The next room had been cleaned but there were stains on the pillow cases and the sheets. The entire property was in disrepair.

Liked: The staff was friendly even though they were understaffed
Disliked: Pictures dont look anything like the actual room. Black mold all over bathroom walls that had been painted over and still showing through. The walls were soft and soggy. Carpet spongey, place needs torn down
