Liked: Everything is good here. Quiet rooms, great breakfast, staff super friendly and super accommodating hotel. I loved my stay and 100% recommend. My big thanks to Yulia (I think that’s was her ) that was super helpful and let us check in earlier. - an angel!!

Lovely stay in Prague

Liked: Hotel was very cosy, big rooms, very friendly staff, good location, many tram lines just behind the corner. Good restaurants in the block. Would stay definitely again in this hotel if visiting Prague.
Disliked: The only improvement suggestion concerns cafe quality but this seems to more general problem in Prague.

Good place to stay.

Liked: Very good location, great breakfast, pleasant staff, very comfortable beds.
Disliked: There was a pungent sewer smell coming up from the shower recess that dissipated after a shower, I assumed this was due to old pipes. The staff were aware of the problem.

Very good

Liked: In a great area close to public transport. Within walking distance to a number attractions. Very good breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No chair to sit on in the room..
