Love this place

Liked: The location is really nice. its in the Karin neighborhood, its quiet and lots of cafe/restaurant are around. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Deluxe room was spacious and well equipped. the breakfast was standard with hot/cold selections.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: The hotel itself is good, but it is a rip-off
Disliked: Rip-off: my first booking was canceled without and on very short notice, so that I had to rebook, for almost double the price. My endeavors to redeem my money was neither supported by the hotel nor by booking.com. Both blaming each other for the responsibility, letting me pay the outrageous price, good for them. I won't return to the hotel and reduce my usage of booking.com

Liked: The people (the staff) were all super kind & lovely.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was so hard. The pillows were too soft. The duvet cover was single for a double bed and when I asked for a larger one I was given a thicker one, it was not bigger. The carpet needs replacing as it is very worn. The top window in my room could not be shut therefore I got constant noise all night from the road below. I pushed the button on my door for do not disturb and it was flashing red ( no signs available ) when I came back the room had been entered and cleaned.

Ok, but not perfect

Liked: Staff was really nice, especially women at the reception. Hotel parts which were renovated were beautiful, nice chill area in the bar.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite small and the same every single day, so even by the second day it felt pretty depressing. Though, what was there was okay.The room also didn’t feel fully clean: the shower head had limescale, and there were spiderwebs on the windows. Nothing major, but still noticeable.Wouldn't say the location is perfect, it's still quite far from the center, though tram stop is 100m away, which is great
