Great value

Liked: Great service, lovely staff. Tasty breakfast - looks rather modest at first (because it’s all in one place instead of being spread all over the room) but there’s everything one might need. Loved the location too, city center within walking distance or reachable for a really low taxi fare.

Liked: Very nice staff at reception and breakfast room, breakfast good, although the same every morning, rooms clean, quiet area
Disliked: Lift very slow to work, hairdryer in room insufficient, needed extra pillows that was no problem getting

Decent hotel with clean and...

Liked: Decent hotel close to the city centre. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with fresh products and good coffee.
Disliked: Slow check in. Somewhat quiet in the lobby. We missed the background music. The bar and restaurant seemed to be closed although the receptionist was willing to pour us a glass of wine in the evening. The safe in our room was still locked so we couldn’t use it because we were unable to enter a new code.

Exceptional

Liked: It was really close to the Corso building where we have office, breakfast was nice, in overall the hotel is very nice and with friendly staff. I took the comfort room in the top floor, and it was very cozy.

Disliked: Sounds of water being flushed coming from different rooms, broken lift so I had to carry my suitcase on very uncomfortable stairs
