The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo

Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Walls are very thin. We could hear every word our neighbors were saying at night when we were trying to go to sleep.

Liked: It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The walls were very thin. Our neighbors stayed up late playing games and laughing and having a good time and we could hear every word they said.

Liked: Great location. Walking distance to food and bars.
Disliked: Got a good price for one night. Looking to book again next weekend or the weekend after and the price is like $70 more

Liked: Good location. Restaurants walking distance.
Disliked: I booked for a train room. I got a regular room. I was told to book it directly. And that some 2nd parties false advertising.

Definitely would stay here again

Liked: The location was great. Right in the middle of everything. Shops, bars, restaurants, game room and more within walking distance. Great water pressure. The shower was awesome. The staff were great and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: No community ice machine. Had to ask a staff member every time we wanted some ice. The WiFi was in and out. Couldn’t hook up our fire stick to the tv. The cable tv selection was minimal. The coffee pot sucked. It would be great to have a k-cup machine in the room to use.

Liked: Location and the place is nice but expected the train car. When booking all the pictures are of the train cars but thats not what we are staying in at all
