Liked: The location was good.Restaurants were ok.Restaurants around were ok. Mainly the location of the Hotel.
Disliked: Getting to pool it wasn't friendly to get to. Specially when traveling with kids. The restaurants had no reservations available, very hard to find a place to eat around it. You need to make reservations with a long time.

Liked: Great location with plenty to do in the hotel
Disliked: For the price parking should be included but its not

Liked: Property is in a great location in the midst of everything. Room is huge and clean. All employees were pleasant. Hotel has restaurants and bars as well as a Sauna and inside pool
Disliked: Parking was $36 a night

Bad service at the reception

Liked: Very good houskeeping personell
Disliked: Most things are ok at the hotel, but the reception managers are extraordenary little service-oriented. I am travelling much in many countries, and have stayed at Captain Cook several times, but each time I have concluded that I will not stay there next time because of the reception staff. They are not lisening and not willing to say "yes, Sir, this we find out of". As an example, when I checked out today I asked for a specified bill of the laundry. The the answer was that I had to send a mail to the accounting dep on monday. The lack of service at the reception has been there everytime I have been in the hotel. I will not use the hotel anymore. The receptionists need an education course with the title .. you should do more to make sure that guest is happy about the stay at the hotel.

Disliked: Temperature controls in rooms were on auto, making for a stuffy room, drain very slow in shower (staff was informed)
