Everything and more
Liked: There?s nothing not to love about the historic Hotel Captain Cook. If you live for excellence in your own life, and expect nothing less in your surroundings, then this is the place to stay.
Disliked: Nothing. Their service is exemplary.

Liked: The location was amazing
Disliked: There was trash outside the doors all the way down the hall, we checked in and they were there and when we left for dinner and came back it was still there... every door had food trays and bags of trash outside of it... I booked this for Valentine?s Day for my husband and I... I think we were mixed in with COVID quarantine clients because there was a lady walking down the hall in a plastic suit from head to toe knocking on doors to take their temperatures... it was very scary and unnerving... they could have told is this when we checked in... The bed in the room was rock hard...

Liked: The OkUnfortunately the staff was not friendly at all. Very cold and disconnected. They made you feel as if they were doing you a favor instead of treating you like a guest. The heart of hospitality is the staff and service, if they make guests feel unwelcome , as much as the hotel is nice, I would honestly think twice if I would stay in this hotel again .

Liked: Food and drink service
Disliked: Inconsiderate guess, blasting Music and having kids running around until 2am in the room above us. I have always used the caption Cook for years. I may have to switch over to the Marriott. Very disappointed about my stay
