Liked: The rooms were great. Loved the whole hotel. Wish there were stairs I could use.
Disliked: Just always having to use the elevators. Especially between floor 0 and 1

Disliked: I got an upgrade to a corner room but the view is blocked by plenty of shade partitions! Suggest to remove them and keep only one on each side

Great First Stay! Just Be...

Liked: This was our first time staying at The Hotel Brussels and we absolutely loved it. The self check-in process was super smooth, and when we did need help, the service was friendly and easy to access.One of the standout features was the gym and spa , seriously impressive facilities, and most of the time it felt like we had the place to ourselves. A real treat after a long day out.
Disliked: The only downside we ran into was the €400 hold they place on your card at check-in to cover potential expenses during your stay. It would’ve been helpful to know this in advance, as it could definitely catch people off guard if they’re not prepared. Just something to keep in mind!Otherwise, a brilliant stay and we'd definitely be back.
