Liked: Fantastic location. Close to outstanding restaurants and eateries. A short walk to Commercial Bay for shopping and a range of food options. Excellent service from all the staff. Lovely rooms - very comfortable and clean.

Disliked: The service at the restaurant was below expectations .Didn’t have a pool

Disliked: The bed was worn out. The pillows were lumpy and smelt. The bathroom blind didn’t work unless you closed or opened all blinds. The staff were dismissive and lied when asked why this was the case. No free water. The hotel felt like no investment had been made in it for some years.
