Perfect location for a short...

Liked: Perfect location, rooms very quiet. Nice linen. Clean. Very nice staff. Library for guests only is fantastic.
Disliked: Little niggly things….Electrical switches are cool but spectacularly annoying. Cups bigger this time but too chunky, but they are good mugs for people who like coffee. Please a proper wide bowl fine lipped tea cup for those who like tea. Tea was a little odd, English breakfast should be simple plain good quality black tea and the Earl grey can be a little more fragrant and def citrus bergamot, then Fruit teas can be anything. If you like a nice coffee or tea in your room the right cups, tea or coffee is so simple and makes a huge difference. Beds and pillows a little hard, need softer topper and with three pillows on the bed surely you could do soft, medium & firm?
