Far too pricey for the...

Liked: It was a clean, comfortable room, and the staff was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: I have stayed in Holiday Inns that are so much nicer. The room was far too pricey for the poor accommodations, which were directly under a noisy weight room. The TV worked sporadically as it struggled to find a signal. It's not in a neighborhood that is good for walking around. I liked the fact that it had two pools when I booked because I like to swim laps, but the indoor pool temp was too warm for lap swimming. I didn't bother to go in the outdoor pool, as it was overcrowded with small children, because of the ratio of urine to chlorine. This is billed as a boutique hotel with spa-like amenities when in reality it's just a busy health club with a hotel. The only thing boutique about this hotel is the fact that they call it boutique so they can charge a ridiculous amount of money. I was in town for a wedding and just needed a place to stay that was near the wedding venue, and that is the purpose this hotel served. It just wasn't a unique or fun experience.

Fun for all the family...

Liked: Incredible facilities and food!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and used the gym, pool, tennis courts and did multiple classes. We have 4 teenage daughters and it was all of our favourite places we have stayed in our lives.

Disliked: No free breakfast or a microwave in the room.

Great Hotel / Health club...

Liked: It was a bit warm in my room and they had to manually adjust the room temp. When I came back to the hotel it went was still a bit humid. However they called me the following morning to check on the temp. I also appreciated their quick responses to questions prior to the check in.Parking is included which is unheard of in Chicago
Disliked: The toilet kept running water and needed to be shaken to stop and the water in sink did not go down. Other than that it was an amazing facility
