Liked: Private rm with bath was clean n confortable Had never stayed in hostel prev We are older couple looking for reasonable basic accomodations for 1-3 noted in Tetons area Fit the bill perfectly

Superb

Wonderful hostel right outside Grand...

Liked: Fantastic location right outside the south entrance to Grand Teton. Room was fantastic, with very comfortable bed and good use of space (shelves for storage, lots of hooks). By far the best value accomodation in the area.
Disliked: No fridge in room and no access to the common spaces (fridges, microwave etc) until 7:30 am which is a little late if you want to get to the park early.

Convenient spot to stay

Disliked: No fridge or coffee machine in room. Shared facilities very basic. It was a hostel

Liked: We enjoyed the 4 twin beds-perfect for our situation. Good value also. Liked the game room area.
Disliked: The location- it's kinda far away from the park entrance

Liked: Lovely room, really clean, comfy bed and pillows, quiet. Great facilities in basement for guest use.
Disliked: Price! Although it was reasonable for the area. All hotels were more expensive.

Staff needs retraining. Hospitality industry...

Disliked: Latino woman stalking me spreading false rumor to staff about my dog, lying about some allergy, banging on my wall waking me up, making barking noises to agitate services dog. No staff at desk upon check in for 25 minutes, placing me in 4 th floor, other man arriving at my room after Latino woman screaming for extended period of time, staff yelling at me when I was in my underwear about some liar stating allergy and that my dog was not service related. Obviously the woman was stalking me. Why would she be harassing me unless she followed me there. No staff at 6 am for coffee. Still upset about rude manager yelling at me with the door wide open while I was in my underwear. Woken at 4am by Latino woman smashing on the wall. Basic lack of manners and incompetent staff. Who yells at woman in her underwear, not a man and definitely not a manager. Left at dawn due to staff being stupid enough to talk about my business with a stalker. Please send this to upper management. Not even the cheapest motel would act this way and I paid to be at a nice resort.

Good value for money

Liked: A neat budget friendly hotel near Grand Teton. Rooms were neat and cozy. Worth for the money paid.People who can’t find good hotels in Jackson, can stay in Teton village.
Disliked: Got to mention, there is no elevator with 4 floors. So be prepared to walk up the stairs if you get a room on the upper levels
