Love this place.

Liked: This is kind of a throwback hippy hostel thing. But it's super clean. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Super nice hang out areas. Good vibes.
Disliked: the bunk beds aren't super comfortable.

Disliked: Maybe sharing the kitchen was a bit annoying at times.

Liked: The place is well-situated, and it was extremely quiet at night. As a converted house, the place has more atmosphere and charm than other relatively inexpensive places to stay in Bishop.
Disliked: The room is tiny, and the two queen beds take up most of the floor space. Add to that a steeply sloping ceiling on one side of the room, and one gets a sense of claustrophobia.

Disliked: We booked beds in a 6 person dorm room but ended up in an 8-person room that had an adjoining several bunk room. It was fine, just not quite what we expected. Quite a few people to share the single bathroom with.
