Stay away from this place.

Liked: A most bizarre and unpleasant experience. The person who checked me in, who said his name was Daniel, took my payment and said he would show me around. He then proceeded to stare at me and said he was picking up a strange vibe from me. I was shocked and didn't know what to make of it. We stared each other for a while and then he proceeded to interrogate me. Have I been drinking? No. Have I been taking drugs? No. And then stared at me some more and repeated that he was getting a strange vibe from me. He then said this isn't going to work, I will give you a refund, and there is plenty of other lodging nearby. I was still shocked, and asked to speak with someone else. He did not allow that, and basically threw me out of the property. Again, a totally bizarre, shocking, and unpleasant experience. Daniel is either unstable, seeing visions, or was somehow prejudiced against me. Whatever it was, I suggest you don't risk a similar experience, and book somewhere else.

A Lovely Gathering Place

Liked: What a cool place! A lot of effort has gone into making this hostel warm, inviting, and entertaining. There's so much goodwill, cooperation, and respect that goes into this kind of cohabitation. For this Boomer winter camping my way across the West, it was a delight to experience.

10/10 would definitely return!
