A lovely and comfortable experience...

Liked: Extremely good value! A lovely location, very close to Rutland Water and 25-minutes form Launde Abbey. Very friendly and helpful owner, could not do enough, and gave me a history of the property. A lovely breakfast, all home-made, fruit, yogurt and omelette. Comfy bed - a lovely experience. :)
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect for what needed.

Perfect tranquil getaway with lovely...

Liked: Cracking little place in lovely settings next to Rutland Water. Chris was an excellent host with plenty of info needed and cooked a mean breakfast. Quirky rooms with everything you needed and a great pub just 200 yds away. Will return. Many Thanks

Lovely old building.

Liked: Good breakfast. Great host, very helpful. Room small but all boxes ticked and coat hooks by the door (surprising how many places have no hanging hooks).Lovely quiet village with good pub close by.
Disliked: Very small bathroom sink.

Wonderfully cosy.

Liked: The location is spectacular. The host was very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and he was a source of much local information. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Only one slight problem - and that is down to personal preference, Because I am deaf in one ear I always sleep in the bed on the right. The bed on the left had a 'bodyform' mattress, which are very popular nowadays - but Tanya prefers a more firm mattress. Of course, this is not a criticism since so many people like the newer style.
