Vile, do not recommend at...

Liked: Absolutely nothing, didn’t even stay at the Property for 15 mins before going on booking.com and booking somewhere else to stay
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned, dirty bed sheets, stains all on the sheets and pillows, hairs all in the bed so someone must have slept in it night before, walls were all dirty, crumbs all over the floor and on the beside table, lady who ran the hotel admitted no one had cleaned the room or washed the bedding and she would refund me personally as we were with our 2 year it was unacceptable, 2 weeks later and still can’t get in contact with the hotel for a full refund, no one is answering calls or emails for me and booking.com

Terrible

Liked: Wry bad hotel. Manager up having sex party’s Police come was a fight and turned into a blood bath. Safe to say we left and went somewhere else

Wouldn’t bother even booking

Disliked: Didn’t even stay! Walked in the door and walked straight back out! Walked in through the door and first thing to notice was the place was pretty grubby and we got hit with a strong w**d smell which was not nice. There was no one in the ‘reception’ so called the number stated on the door and straight to voicemail so I tried twice but no answer so I rung the bell on the managers office that stated please press for assistance, the woman in the office was playing loud music so when I rung the bell she turned down the music slightly but didn’t actually come and open the door. I waited a moment or so before I rung the bell again and all she screamed at us through the door was ‘I heard you f**k off!’ I waited another moment or so before deciding I didn’t deserve to be shouted at through a door and for the woman to not even show her face! For somewhere trying to run a business it’s absolutely appalling that customers are being spoken to in that manner. Decided it was best to just leave and went and stayed elsewhere!

Avoid!!

Liked: Location close to everything.
Disliked: On arrival we was told no rooms available even though the 2 rooms we booked was booked a week in advance. Eventually she sorted 2 rooms although not what we paid for.Manager is not contactable.We went out and called back to the hotel as felt a little uneasy leaving our belongings there it did not feel safe.Police was there on getting back there blood and glass all over the lobby area.It’s not a nice place to stay.Bedding dirty was given fresh bedding a single sheet to fit a double bed

Liked: Location was very central, Everything was quite clean.Could pay via Web not like many others,only like cash!
Disliked: Toiletten were a bit far. No soap or shampoo provided.

Disliked: Everything even got my aftershave robbed out of room when I was not there tolielt leaking no hot water in room or heating

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The location was great.
Disliked: No towels. No milk for tea.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything how the staff are really helpful especially in personal circumstances
