No complaints. Great welcome by staff on arrival - friendly, efficient and courteous at all times. Room was spotless; spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast included. Would definitely recommend for any length of stay.

Very good
Liked: Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and convenient.
Disliked: The room I stayed in had a poor view plus condensation on the window to hide the view, would have liked to have been closer to the elevator & hallways were hot (no AC).

My stay was a good...
Liked: Freindly check-in, inviting rooms. The evening buffet. Excellent shuttle service to the airport.
Disliked: The evening buffet should be every evening. Coffee pots should be kept hotter for those who enjoy a late night coffee in the lounge. Also a out of hot chocolates with some cookies.

Disliked: Was inappropriately charged for my room due to staff incompetency and had been an able to resolve this.

I recommend Homewood Suites and...
Liked: Wonderful location to highways, restaurants and grocery stores (but not noisy). Excellent breakfast bar with a variety of cold and hot items. Coffee and tea available all day.
Disliked: Hairdryer didn't work. Requested a replacement but they didn't have one. Day 2 I requested a hairdryer and stated we were going out that evening, then suggested they take one from a non-booked room. When we returned from our hiking, we had a functional dryer in the room.

disappointed in staff
Liked: large clean rooms. great location.
Disliked: I was treated poorly when confronted with management accusing me of smoking cannabis in my room. and they were going to charge me $250 without talking to me or inspecting the room. my room smelled like raw cannabis which is very legal to grow and have on my person. never in my lifetime of customer service have I experienced such unprofessional behavior. I have always used Hilton properties as my go to. Now I will be exploring other options.
