Liked: my first dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The receptionist was first class, happy in her work and knowledgeable. Our upgraded room was larger and airy. spacious and more up to date.
Disliked: The breakfast food was not the best, sausages were ful of fat and not edible, the scrambled eggs were under cooked, the fried eggs were greasy, the mushrooms were tinned as was all of the fruit served at breakfast. My partners first and only meal at the hotel as in edible, very dry and the lamb too was dry and tasteless. They even tried to charge £18 for an unedible dinner.

Liked: Nice hotel. Staff very good. Our room was a bit small and very warm. There was a fan, but this did little to cool the room.

Liked: Great space. Great staff. Halt to help. Reception staff were amazing. Room was spacious and we appointed and modern.
Disliked: Breakfast was luke warm even at 7am. Baked beans were tepid. The sausages were not hot and tasted odd. Spoilt the whole experience. Bacon was nice but again everything was not hot. The room i had read big but there was a huge gap under the entrance door and that let a lot of light through. Finally the corridor had plenty of emergency signage but not much in the way directions back to reception!

Liked: Lovely room and bathroom and dinner was good except my friend had to eat her crème brûlée with a soup spoon!
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable also being told that breakfast was about to end at 9.25 am, not very relaxing for people on holiday.
