Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our room - 911 - what a great view!
Disliked: I didn't know where to park in order to register so I ended up with a $25 parking ticket within 5 minutes.

Liked: A bit out dated. Free breakfast was excellent but very slow, servers were great.

Excellent location

Liked: Staff were excellent. Big thank you to Sahbor on reception for helping with our takeaway breakfasts.

All good except housekeeping

Liked: Nice room. We were lucky we could do an early check out. My mother broke her shoulder an manager let us do a later checknout. Thanks a lot!!!

Liked: The staff were lovely and very kind
Disliked: Our bathroom showed leaked all over the floor. Had to put a towel on the floor all the time as my husband slipped in the middle of the night on our first night, which is how we found out it was leaking . The ceiling in the shower showed the room above has the same problem . We just did not want to have to move room , when it was obvious, this was a wide spread problem . The room was fine but had seen better days. The swimming pool and gym need some care and attention, I couldn’t shower as the show was so calcified it didn’t work. The pool was well worn

Good location but not value...

Liked: Great downtown location and friendly and very helpful staff on reception
Disliked: Waited at breakfast location to be seated and then to be served. Finally walked out and ate elsewhere. Staff indifferent and short staffed.

Great location, wonderful facilities, tricky...

Liked: Great stay! The room was huge - bigger than a lot of condos, well appointed, and clean! Very handy to have a restaurant on site, and we ate there frequently as the food was good, staff were great, and it was so handy.
Disliked: When I checked out, I found that my package included breakfast, which I did not know - unfortunately I had been paying for breakfast at the restaurant. I wish I had been informed of this upon check-in. The parking situation at this hotel is tricky. We chose the valet service as I am a senior and not able to walk as far as was necessary looking for parking, however, the valet service is expensive and it can take a long time to get your car delivered. Definitely give yourself lots of time to get your car. I know the valet was doing his best, and we appreciated his assistance.
