It was good up until...

Disliked: The elevator didn’t work and I had to walk down three flights with my luggage and I was tired in the morning during checkout. I let the front staff know if the elevator didn’t work and I guess they were doing testing, but it was like they didn’t do anything to try and accommodate me. Maybe like a would you like to have breakfast on us?

It gave us a clean...

Liked: Multiple entrances from the different sides of the buildings from the parking lot. The staff lady at breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Check out was easy.
Disliked: The place felt cold and empty when we arrived. The staff wasn’t very welcoming upon arrival. The room was tight and we had no towels in the room. We got kicked out of the pool at 9am, as the worker said it was closing, even though the signs said it didn’t close til 10. There were also no towels at the pool and we had to request them.
