Liked: Location was excellent. Service was great. Staff was great. Cleanliness was great.
Disliked: Then drainage in the bathroom sink was very slow. Free breakfast was not included in the cost.

Liked: Van the front desk clerk was kind apologetic and really did his best to make us more comfortable and offered us a free breakfast one day of our stay.. The rest of the staff was always friendly and kind
Disliked: I booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool and when we arrived we were not informed it was closed.. After checking in I went to check out the pool area and seen it was closed because the heater was broken I asked the front desk worker when it would be fixed there was no answer just said closed until further notice they had no idea and couldn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience or disappointment.. The TV reception was terrible it skipped and cut out the whole time we were there.. Again I asked the front desk, Van was super nice he tried to get it fixed and reset it but it didn't work so no relaxing movie night for my husband and I during our vacation.. The bed was hard as a rock very uncomfortable.. And everytime you turned on the light on the bathroom it made a screeching noise

Liked: From the minute we arrived, we were treated by warm, welcoming staff. Hotel employee greeted & checked us in in the kindest, professional manner. She is awesome! Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all ways.

Disliked: We could not lower the shade in our room, we could see the street lights & the sun woke us up the next morning. We got in so late and were too tired to call the front desk. Other than that, everything was good.
