Liked: The hotel did not offer free breakfast. There was a restaurant where you could purchase a breakfast.
Disliked: The check-in agent was not familiar with how to program the card keys. There was a very long line waiting to check in as she tried to program card keys.

Disliked: First off, when I looked for a hotel I had the filter for having breakfast and an indoor pool. We did not get breakfast. Our room smelled of urine, front staff was mildly rude, wifi was terrible, had to get our own towels from the lobby (leaving 4 kids unattended in the mean time-my husband said I should have just let them drip all the way back to our room). The dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner were terrible and I absolutely love that brand! But something was off with it like it was watered down or lotion or something, it was just weird. And it was so much more pricey compared to other hotels, I was just told that holiday in was better. I will not be choosing holiday in or possibly booking.com because it was disappointing to see that I paid for a room (a more expensive room) and specifically asked for breakfast and not get it.
