Liked: Nothing special. I chose this motel because it is located in the proper location for my trip.
Disliked: Before booking the room, I specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised kitchen facilities, I expected to cook my own dinner during my stay. However, upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the room I booked, a three-bed room, did not include the promise of kitchen facilities. When I bought my frozen pizza and needed an oven, the manager was reluctant at first and refused to offer help. Despite my insistence and the sight of a small oven in the room behind him, the manager remained unhelpful and dismissive. Due to this encounter, I was in a bind because I was only planning to stay one night at this Motel far from town and needed this frozen pizza for dinner for 3 people. While I am grateful that the manager finally relented and allowed me to use the oven, it was done reluctantly and with a marked lack of enthusiasm. The experience left me feeling depressed and undervalued.
