Great location, very comfortable

Liked: Loved the proximity to the beach! Great location. Loved pool and fitness center!
Disliked: Breakfast was an ordeal and took at least an hour. Buffet would be much more efficient!

I think this hotel is...

Liked: it’s a beautiful property, recently renovated, the lobby is gorgeous. We stayed in a king, suite and it was fantastic.
Disliked: I think the service is not great. Before we came, we called and emailed the spa and also tried to message the business a couple times without response. We ordered room service and it never came.

I was dissatisfied.

Liked: I liked that they brought chocolate covered strawberries to our room for Valentine’s Day
Disliked: The “king suite” was just a regular small room. Was expecting to have a living room with a separate area for bedroom and bathroom. Highly disappointed to pay so much (600$) for such a small room. For 600 at any other hotel at Virginia Beach I could’ve got 2 or 3 actual suites. Also there was no balcony. I understand why but still dissatisfied.
