Liked: nothing
Disliked: hotel was very cold despite asking for heating to be turned on in the room nothing happened public spaces need an update everything looked dirty and worn ,staff unhelpful got the impression not intrested in the job, food poor

Could be so much better

Liked: Room itself and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The hotel is very tired looking and corridors and public areas need a freshen up. My friend and I were in different rooms but were kept awake by the same group of visitors playing loud music all through the night and leaving their room every hour for cigarette breaks. The back entrance of the hotel is not secure so anyone can walk in. My room was opposite the back entrance and all I heard all night was loud talking and laughing with the smell of cigarette smoke and the banging of the exit door. Pigeons sitting on the window sill from 5am. We complained in the morning and were kindly given a refund for breakfast and were told the Manager would contact me but she never did. I won't stay here again.

Disliked: Hotel interior is extremely tired with dangerous tears in the carpet on the stairs. Hotel staff were nice and the outside looked great, but the inside needs major surgery. Lasagne meal was outstanding
