Liked: Beautiful clean crisp entrance and reception area. Room was nice with a view. Clean white fluffy towels.
Disliked: The shower tray, toilet and sink themselves were clean, but other bits weren't. A little tired too. Huge bed but you could feel the springs come through. When booking the room description stated it had a bath, this is a luxury having only a shower at home, however there was only a shower. If we had been staying more than one night I would have asked if we could have a different room.

Such a shame it's gone...

Liked: The shower facilities were good and location is good 2 minute walk from chippy shop and Chinese staff were reasonably friendly
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable wasn't very clean shame they have shut the restaurant breakfast not good

Disliked: Chef was not on site to enable breakfast to start at the time given by reception. The corridors had a very horrible smell in them. And i have emailed them twice with no reply, so customer service also very poor.

Poor

Liked: The room we stayed in was well kitted out, almost apartment like. The staff were very friendly and helped out where they could. Sadly the rest of the hotel let it down - onyx bar and restaurant has closed down so no chance of a drink or food at the hotel. The late evenings are pretty loud with the residents and there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel corridors. Also a lot of work going on throughout the hotel which resulted in a very early wake up call.I paid £94 per night - massively over priced !!!

Great staff poor hotel

Liked: On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early to our rooms so we could attend a meeting near by. Also with the restaurant and bar been unavailable they helped with places to eat near by.
Disliked: The room was tired but clean. the matrass was thin and had no support. on the evening there were kids running up and down slamming doors until 2300 and this started again at 0300. There was no bar or restaurant as advertised, just a vending machine. No Wi-Fi was available due to WIFI this affected the TV which was also not working. We were informed that breakfast would be available from 0700 until 1000. We waited until 0745 with only toast and a yogurt available with tea or coffee. With no staff at hand on the morning.

Bad

Liked: I had to speak to the receptionist as me & my son didn't sleep due to a fight out side our room, down the fire escape and front of hotel. Swearing & creaming. Kids running up & down the corridor till early hours of the morning (my son said it was about( 2 - 3am).. there was night porter but seems there was no intervention. The receptionist said to put my review here so something can be down. I had a long drive back to bognor (home) never felt as tired as I do today.
Disliked: Lack of respect to other people staying at the hot
