Passable
Liked: The beds were comfy even though had food stuck on pillows
Disliked: There was dried up food or vomit stains on the carpet. Light shades were falling off. Maintenance guy walked in my room without waiting for a response at 10 am when check out is 11am.

Very disappointing and not worth...
Liked: The hotel looked modern and the rooms were spacious. on the face of it, it looks ok. Nice welcoming from the lady on reception.
Disliked: The bathroom was dated, the room was dusty, and the hallway smelt funny. The restaurant was dark, dirty and unwelcoming. There was not a member of staff in sight. The food looked un-edible. The “hot food” was just sat on the side looking cold and unpleasant it consisted of a bowl of uncooked eggs most of which were broken and a few sausages. The cereal was sat on a shelf in plastic containers out of view with nothing showing what was in them, there were a few cartons on milk in a fridge and a box of 9 yoghurts sat on the side in a box. There was one urn with hot water and a few tea bags, no coffee machine or fresh juice. It wasn’t set out like a restaurant buffet should be. Having picked up a fresh bunch of bananas from the “small fruit bowl” I was met with mouldy fruit! At this point I’d seen enough we left the restaurant within 10 mins checked out and went to Costa! The extra £20 for breakfast was a complete rip off! It was quite clear from our time at the hotel that rooms are used for immigrants and social housing which explains why there were minimum rooms available and the standard is so low! Whilst the hotel has been “updated” since our previous stay a few years ago and it’s been cheaply and running on the hotel has gone very downhill. It is not a place we will return too.
