Liked: Not far from Oxford park and ride. Staff very pleasant.
Disliked: Felt a bit tired. Some traffic noise.

Bar staff were very accommodating....

Liked: Room was suitable with two singles, ensuite.
Disliked: Mattress was uncomfortable with springs. Smokers were smoking outside the room and left the smell lingering in the room. Bathroom was not cleaned from previous occupants. Noise from the rooms above and next door were very apparent e.g. Footsteps, coughing, water flow.

Liked: Beautiful location right next to a canal,spacious room staff were so friendly and helpful. We had all our meals there ,we'll cooked and plenty to eat free secure parking ,we will return, really enjoyed our break there

Disliked: Next to a Noisy fast road if window's open on a warm summers evening . Mattress very thin could feel the springs , yellow sweat stains on pillowcases . Threadbare carpet . Brochure in room said report any issues with staff so that they had the opportunity to rectify any issues but new mattresses and carpet are not a quick fix . Hence , We didn't stay and chose to drive home to our clean bed . Check out reviews on trip advisor , they tell the truth unlike booking.com . And any negative review is replied by owner with a cocky answer . Avoid this place if you require comfort and cleanliness .
