Liked: Very nice, large comfortable room, great location by the canal and canal side pubs.Friendly, warm staff.
Disliked: Only that the shower didn’t work. The bath was fine.

Liked: The clever WiFi code which made me laugh, the nice decor, and the really super friendly staff
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the bedding smelt of stale cigarettes - like someone had slept in there who was a heavy smoker and left their unique scent behind.

Liked: Lovely room. Nice location with the canal close by. Could get the bus into Oxford. Kettle and drinks provided which we were pleased about as some places have stopped providing them. TVs in front of both beds.
Disliked: Bed was a little bit springy. Shower pressure low at times. On the last night the bin didn’t get emptied, not a big deal really but it was full so would’ve been nice

Liked: warm welcome. clean and neat bedroom. Lovely location by canal - I only wish I had had time to enjoy a walk along the river bank
Disliked: Breakfast wasn not served until 9am. pillows very flat. The sink was blocked. Would have given feedback direct but there wasn't anyone around in the morning.
