Liked: Proximity to the train station
Disliked: The cost of a small, dark room took me by surprise over $400 for one person for the night …no robe ,no slippers. It seems the same room for the night I was there or the next night would’ve been only $250 and I booked it that day which is more what it should’ve been.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Very well located to access the main Amsterdam experience.
Disliked: The room was a lot smaller than it looked online. The lighting was also very confusing. A Little strange having a bathroom sink inside the bedroom.

Disliked: - There was a lot of dust in the room – not necessarily due to poor cleaning by housekeeping, but probably because of the overall design and insufficient cleaning of the air conditioning and fabrics.- The main shower head was falling apart, and the handheld shower was poor.- It was difficult to regulate the hot and cold water in the shower.- The small table under the lamp was broken and had sticky drink stains left by a previous guest.- The bed was too soft, and there was only one type of pillow.- The entrance door was like paper – every morning I was woken up by groups of guests heading to breakfast.- The minibar was empty – and when I went to the reception at 11 p.m., no one was there! I waited several minutes, called out, but no one came. So I couldn’t even get a drink on a Saturday night.- Poor value for money overall.
