Staff attitude indifferent; rooms very tired and in need of redecoration. Not one piece of clean glassware or crockery - everything just put on table without checking. Location fine but do not choose this place for a special occasion!

Disliked: Sad; tired; unloved and no attention to detail.

absolutely perfect for our needs-...

Liked: Great location, delicious food and friendly staff. Good size beautiful rooms tastefully decorated. Close to beach, lovely gardens next-door and walks galore.

Wind down from goodwood

Liked: Free upgrade was much appreciated, food was excellent too.
Disliked: If I had to be picky the towel rail and heater were a bit too complicated for a mature adult!
