Pleasant

Liked: Location was great, easy check-in
Disliked: Rooms were OK, the mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable along with the pillows which were also very firm and felt rock solid. Would suggest upgrading those. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work well - can’t imagine staying there when it’s 100 degrees plus.

Liked: It’s a very chill, quiet hideaway. Classic design and room features. Tanning, lounging, reading, napping. Just the sounds of the birds. So relaxing

We loved it so much...

Liked: The style, how clean it was. The staff. Easy to find. Close to the main strip. Peaceful. Fabulous views. Beautiful garden and great poolside facilities.
Disliked: The plates, glasses, mugs etc could be better quality. Chipped mug not great!

Ring a ding ding!

Liked: This property is spectacular! Everything is perfect mid century modern and we loved everything about staying here! I would come back to Palm Springs JUST to stay here again!
Disliked: We loved everything! Only downer was that the little “hang out” room wasn’t open. The staff said that was because of city regulations though (after covid they still haven’t lifted all the closures I guess) but that’s not the property’s fault!
