Overall not a good experience

Liked: Location is good easy access for public transport
Disliked: Noisy our room was above the bar and customers outside till late into the night. There were groups outside till around 12.30am and when they did come in they played music till 2am. We never did find out where it came from, as the reception desk was not manned continuosly. I have had better breakfasts the bacon was to crispy for us and there was no alternitive.

Liked: The hotel was modern and fresh, the room was a good size and spotless. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was good and enormous portions. The singer in the evening was brilliant.
Disliked: Would have preferred to have a walk-in shower, but only one available was in a disability room.

Liked: The breakfast was very good
Disliked: Adding a service charge onto the food is a big problem for business customers, we’re not allowed to tip. I’ll now get pulled up for this from my boss. It will effect me being able to stay there again.
