No frills overnight stay

Liked: Although close to a busy road, it was really quiet all night. Plenty of parking, basic amenities but comfortable and spacious rooms; perfect for a night getaway
Disliked: The patrons of the room next to me were a little loud, but it was fine.

Highly recommend for the savvy...

Liked: Excellent value for money, friendly and kind Staff. Going the extra mile to accomidate an extra nights stay. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, additional pillows of a verity of comfort levels.
Disliked: Not enough thickness ( warmth) of blankets. Walking into dark room not being able to find light switch.

WE have stayed here before...

Liked: The larger than normal size rooms
Disliked: Dirty carpet, Curtains not meeting in middle, tiles not grouted, light fittings not working, shoddy workmanship of repairs. ( if your going to repair do it properly ! ) fire alarm not working at time of stay & hanging out of roof. Hall carpets have been drenched during a storm & whilst repairs to roof have been done the carpet smells mouldy with water stains everywhere.This is so sad to see.
