Very unlikely to stay at...

Liked: Our bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Cooked breakfast was poor quality on the first morning so we ate breakfast elsewhere after this. We were also disappointed on the two occasions that we ate evening meals.Our room didn't appear to have been cleaned etc when we returned each afternoon and milk etc had not been replenished.The bathroom sink was poor as with no design for using a waste plug, it was impossible to keep any water in it for shaving etc. I had to resort to using hot water from a coffee mug placed in the sink to have a wet shave.

Horrible stay

Liked: I was given a room at the end of the corridor which did not have any air circulation. The WIFI did not work. When I complained about it I was told that nobody had requested a room further up the floor. I replied that nobody had requested a room at the end of the corridor. The receptionist then said that they were fully booked, what was clearly not true. The receptionist eventually came up to reset the router. Of course the WIFI did not work. The room was stuffy, no air. It was a room with 2 single beds, one mattress was not usable at all. The bathroom was run down and had spiders. Breakfast was awful. That was the worse horrible stay ever

Lovely spacious room but bathroom...

Liked: Location was great room was spacious and it was great to have a proper single bed instead of a sofa bed
Disliked: Bathroom very outdated , shower curtain is way way to long and is a slip hazard as it covers the bottom of the bath, hole in bath panel and crack down the wall under window board also mildew on mastic around the bath

Did not quite match the...

Liked: Comfortable, clean spacious room.
Disliked: TV does not work and no one could help. Breakfast is mediocre, instant coffee. Having to pay extra for fresh coffee, no Muesli , no porridge, cheap juice, very basic.
