NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Liked: Room said ocean view all we could see is the staircase in front of our window.
Disliked: Room was dirty , toe nails on floor by night stand when arrived never vacuumed. Air conditioner vent hanging off wall. Room was 500.00 a night , not worth 79.00 a night. Wish I could post pictures. NASTY

We had a great stay.

Liked: This is our second time staying at the Heritage inn. The Heritage is in the best location. It is right in the middle of everything and walking distance to Congress Hall & steps away from the beach.

Liked: Location, parking, price, shower
Disliked: Poor ventilation in bathroom, no natural light, pool too small, only one key

Liked: nice location, in the center of the beach town
Disliked: the pool is terrible, no room for umbrellas or any shade. Plastic chairs between a fence and the edge of the pool give you no room. The water smells like bleach.

Sadly Disappointed

Liked: The pool was comfortable and convenient. The location is great if you want to be close to things. The cleaning staff was friendly. Rooftop lounge was great.
Disliked: The front desk worker was unfriendly. The pictures and explanation on the website led me to believe I was getting a ground floor room (handicap) and we were on 3rd floor. Towels were like sandpaper. I think for the price, a beach tag should be included. Was told room would be ready at 2, but when we arrived was told it would be 2:30. A guest let her son pee in the pool area and it ran down and under my lounge chair. (Not property's fault I know, but kept me away from pool rest of day)

It was fine. Great location...
