2nd time staying, would book...

Liked: Location, friendly

Lovely staff and location but...

Liked: The size of the room was good. The location is fab. The food is nice but being a hungry person one of each item for breakfast isn’t enought
Disliked: The rooms are very dated which is a shame for the view you get. The carpets were stained and the bedding had stains on the sheets. The toilet seat was broken and fell of almost when you sat on it. The car park is dreadfull and you will worry if your car will be safe from being damaged by other vehicles getting in

Exceptional

Good location, free parking

Liked: Room was large and had a pleasant view of the bay. It was clean, well appointed and soft furnishings were relatively new and fresh
Disliked: Breakfast was a disappointment. No fresh fruit, limited cereals, both toasters were on their last legs and only 2 of the 4 compartments worked and both required bread going through 2 cycles to become toast! Staff were stretched but just about kept on top of the flow

Pleasant, central location

Liked: Beautifully spacious sea view room, with everything you could need.
Disliked: I think there needs to be phone charging plugs nearer the bed

Disliked: The room smelt of damp and was dirty with dust everywhere, Carpet stained.

We liked the hotel and...

Liked: Excellent room. Breakfast good but lacking continental elements. Location easy access for sea front and theatre.
Disliked: There was no evening food due to staff problems
