Disliked: I didn’t like that it’s just a bed in a room. There was also a neighbour that was very loud so I didn’t sleep very well

Disliked: We stayed room 5 pretty good overallFamily stayed room 6 Aweful mainly the bed it was unsleepable it was like a jelly one person sitting would throw other off contacted reception to be told all beds identical room 5 firm room room 6 like jelly asked for mattress or bed change basically no. We took photographs and video as proof. What should have been a pleasurable stay was marred letting the whole experience down

Disliked: The key was a phone app which when activated unlocked the door.It worked fine, but we were worried about what would have happened if our phone battery was flat.
