Great stay

Liked: The location was amazing—smack bang in the centre. I was worried it might be noisy, but it was very quiet in the morning. I slept in until 10:00. The base was amazing for a visit to the theatre, a stroll down to Spoons, or a walk by the river. I spent a few hours in the sun reading my book with a pint. Its brilliant
Disliked: The milk was out of date. But that's not a huge problem. There was a whiff of fish in the corridors from the restaurant but not in the bedrooms. The bed was a bit small for me as I am used to a super king. but I am 6ft6

Disliked: I didn’t like that it’s just a bed in a room. There was also a neighbour that was very loud so I didn’t sleep very well

Disliked: We stayed room 5 pretty good overallFamily stayed room 6 Aweful mainly the bed it was unsleepable it was like a jelly one person sitting would throw other off contacted reception to be told all beds identical room 5 firm room room 6 like jelly asked for mattress or bed change basically no. We took photographs and video as proof. What should have been a pleasurable stay was marred letting the whole experience down
