I would use the hotel...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Windows are not so new so it can be loud if your room is facing the road.

Very disappointed wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Room was decorated nicely and was comfortableGood locationVery helpful/friendly staff
Disliked: Was a little hard to find the entrance (Ask at the Herbalist Pub Bar)Water wasn't very hot in the ensuite showerNoise insulation is pretty bad, could hear music from the venue downstairs until about midnight and people walking in the hallway outside were pretty audible.
