Very disappointed

Liked: Room was good size. Lovely updated bathroom. Room was dark at night which was appreciated.
Disliked: The bed was so hard we were forced to get up during the night to retrieve from our car, an overlay which we were in the process of taking to our daughter, to make the bed comfortable thus enabling us to sleep. We specifically booked this motel after reading the reviews which stated the beds were very comfortable. Not so for us.

Liked: Everything was great, room was lovely and clean and staff were very accomodating.

Passable

Liked: The room was really nice, bed was comfortable close too the shopping centre
Disliked: Kid's running up & down screaming above us on balcony & in room's being woken up at 6am by Kid's running around & screaming. Not used to any traffic but it wasn't as bad the room's wasn't sound proof could hear everything either side in room's & room's above us.

Liked: If you see a problem like it wasn't clean properly or if something isn't working properly & so on..... thay get onto it straight away.. or next time you stay thay make a point of doing the things you find as a highlight on your next booking...
Disliked: The only problem I could see was when someone next door has a shower or when someone flushes the toilet, you can hear the water going.. but insaying that I still would stay here as there are more good things than bad things....
