Disappointing

Liked: There was no breakfast, as the front desk advised their delivery did not come. Very disappointing since I traveled with my child.
Disliked: The front desk staff on the day of check out (12pm staff) was rude, condescending and passive aggressive.

Absolutely rubbish.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Ants came marching one by one on the counter while I was sleeping. Got all over my bag and things. There was a bug on the ground in the bathroom which was dead when we got there. The room and ceiling was not clean. Just a saddening experience.
