Liked: The hotel is absolutely magnificent! Sympathetically and beautifully rescued/restored from virtual ruin, with many original features of its previous life still showing. The art collection is extensive and very impressive, as is the free tour for guests by the master storyteller, Aaron, who explains much behind a lot of the paintings in the collection in a most entertaining and informative manner. Staff are excellent and the restaurant is fantastic!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Liked: I think the highlight of this place is definitely the staff. We've spent 9 nights at this hotel and it felt like we have developed a friendship with the staff at the front desk by the end of the trip and it was a bit heartbreaking to leave.
Disliked: Wi-Fi has been pretty unreliable. Parking comes at an additional cost per day but I guess you do get valet service with it.

Exceeded my expectations with staff...

Liked: Location spot on so very close to all facilities, staff where very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only thing I could think of was the room lighting, sometimes unable too locate light switches..
