Liked: Room was surprisingly spacious. Art added a great vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/lobby is a nice place to have a drink. Location was ideal.

Liked: Beautiful atmospheric hotel with great rooms. Great location, walking distance to most things you'd want to see in Hobart.
Disliked: Breakfast choices were limited, but understandable due to the number of guests taking breakfast.The hotel is just across from a small swing bridge with a metal grid surface, this wouldn't be a problem, but some bright spark has added small metal plates to the surface which clatter noisily every time anything drives over it. Luckily, it stopped during the night, but started very early in the morning, waking us up each day.
