The experience and staff were excellent. I would recommend my friends to stay there if they are in the area.

Disliked: I thought unusual to charge me a 100 dollars on my credit card as I had prepaid my stay at your hotel.

Hot!!!!

Liked: Beautiful, accessible, clean and quiet!
Disliked: Our room was hot as hell despite a thermostat setting of 60. Sleep was impossible and 9 hours of sweating in combination with my physical illness has left me bed-ridden 36 hours after check out! True air conditioning should be readily available at a property of this caliber.

I love it and will...

Liked: The staff are amazing The reception desk team. Eric the manager of front desk and all his colleagues are extremely supportive and helpful.

Liked: I love the restaurant downstairs I like the smell in the air I love all the art of what the fireplaces and the hot tub was very nice
Disliked: I couldn't find a menu in the bedroom for room service but everything else was great
