Expensive for what it is,...

Liked: Location is great. Staff were great once you could attract their attention, really helpful, it was very busy so this was a little difficult.
Disliked: No dedicated check-in staff, no bell to attract attention when it's busy. I booked a women's dorm but found a man in there who had decided to stay with his friend/girlfriend because she said it would be okay. Staff were brilliant though and sorted it out straight away. Shower and toilet facilities are very tired looking and shower not very easy to use, had to fiddle around to get the required temperature. Not particularly clean but that may be due to other occupiers. Bunk beds a bit cheap and flimsy and no pillows provided.
