Convenient for the M6 Toll and M42 motorways it is half an hour's drive from Birmingham. Don’t think I would ever...

Liked: Most of the staff helpful and pleasant, treats and water bowls for the dogs.
Disliked: Radiator was on the room was roasting hot when it was really hot weather outside and windows opened a couple of cms had to complain 2 x until they swapped rooms at 11.30 pm. Felt like a sauna. Food was way over priced and was cold when brought out. Starter was cold even when they brought it out again then the mains came out 2 mins later so they came out reheated afterwards chewy prawns! Had to ask for our deserts overall it was busy but poor service but friendly staff. Veggie Breakfast was really oily basic no veggie sausage or any extras eg fruit, or any cereals jams or pastries other than a basic breakfast made to order. Every thing seemed basic minimum stripped back for maximum profit. Minimum toiletries in the room.no extras to make it a memorable pleasant stay. Poor Wi-Fi signal only 2 tv Chanel’s tuned in. Room carpet was filthy

Liked: Great team welcoming, comfy comfy bed! Great night sleep
Disliked: Paying extra for breakfast - this would be better in the bed and breakfast price even a basic offering. We went out as have the option to go somewhere new to try.

Great crash pad.

Disliked: The radiator in the bathroom was stuck on in 29c heat.

Lovely and intimate

Liked: The staff were amazing! So kind and great to any issues and support. The room was lovely
Disliked: The room was really hot- no air con and the window only opens a bit of the way. Not a problem usually to on one of the hottest days in the year did cause an issue. No problem for the staff to have an ice bucket
