An oasis of comfort, good...

Liked: Loved "The Heartwood". The setting is really lovely, a mini forest in Poughkeepsie. The hotel is exquisitely designed and furnished, with generous rooms and beautiful fittings, selective but not pretentious. The Snug Room is gorgeous! Breakfast was robust and really good, made of healthy, high quality ingredients. The staff were great too! A really wonderful hotel, exceeding all expectations.
Disliked: Can't think of one thing I didn't like...

Great hotel! Modern and conveniently...

Liked: Wonderful hotel more or less on Vassar grounds. We loved it and would have stayed a few more days.
Disliked: All was good.‘Natural’ - tree less toilet paper. This must be a misunderstanding. The US is full of sustainable forestry.

Liked: Comfortable room and extra friendly staff. Our 2 dogs were welcomed by staff and guests alike. We felt very cared for.
