Overlooking Fistral Beach this stylish Victorian hotel features a Five Bubble rated spa surf school approach golf course and a wonderful sea-view terrace. Awarded a 5-stay AA rating the Headland Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Newquay center. The impressive leisure facilities include a brand new Aqua Club which includes 6 outdoor and indoor pools (open all year round). The spa includes a Cornish salt steam room a Swedish sauna a hot tub and experience showers. Treatments by Elemis Voya and OPI can be booked in the state-of-the-art ash wood paneled rooms or work out in the fully equipped Life Fitness gym. There are three restaurants and the hotel has been awarded an AA rosette. Guests can enjoy the best of Cornish coastal produce in the brand new restaurant RenMor or in the more relaxed Terrace which features an outdoor veranda with stunning beach views. The Deck as part of the Aqua Club offers poolside drinks and Mediterranean dining. Afternoon teas and Cornish breakfasts are available and the bar offers cocktails and fine wines. The spacious 5-star bedrooms at The Headland have free Wi-Fi access and satellite TV. All rooms feature a cozy seating area a work desk and a modern bathroom with fluffy robes. The hotel has a communal laundry room where guests can access a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as ironing facilities. Perched on a rugged headland this hotel is just a 20-minute walk from Newquay Railway Station. Free on-site parking is available and Newquay Golf Club is a 5-minute walk away. The surf school also offers coasteering standup paddleboarding and private surfing lessons.

Enhances Special memories and experiences.

Liked: Proximity to beach, scenery, service and people.
Disliked: Our 1st roof was tidy, but tiny and with windows to courtyard. Maybe I missed it when booking, but I thought no sea view will be with windows away from coastline etc

Liked: Great location, excellent food, EV charging. SPA was excellent.

Liked: Location fantastic. Lounge very comfortable. Breakfast special. Room average. Menu in Terrace restaurant very limited and not varied.

Good break but we upgraded...

Liked: Good location cosy room very small looked out onto pigeon netting so paid to move rooms.
Disliked: Staff were good, cleaning could have been better as vents in room full of dust.
