Liked: Breakfasts were amazing with freshly prepared coffee, along with orange juice, toast, preserves, cereals and the traditional full English .Food was fantastic and home made with a good choice of dishes and most generous portions and excellent value and the desserts were to die for.Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, it was very hot during our stay, but a small fan was provided in our room which was a nice thought. Will definitely come back again when visiting the area. Ample parking.All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Proper home cooked food. Nice people. Room facilities well thought out. TV had lots of channels. Shower hot and powerful. Breakfast very good. Overall value for money excellent. Out of sight parking for motorcycle at the rear
Disliked: This is really picky but the pillows were too hard for my liking !

A country pub which is...

Liked: The welcome was good, and the large beer garden a bonus on a very hot day. The room was generous, TV worked, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: We expected lots of stairs in an old building; they all had rails, but the step down from bathroom to bedroom was a challenge for a 93 year old.
