Spacious clean rooms. Great for...

Liked: Spacious and clean room. The staff refreshed the room and added more shower gel/coffee sachets as requested. Good choice of breakfast. Great wifi and an outdoor space to sit in.
Disliked: Breakfast was tasty -but It would have been nice had there been some fruit/yoghurt options.

Never again

Liked: The bed was comfortable and a good breakfast.
Disliked: The location of the rooms, we were told they wear over there, at the back of the carpark. Carpark wasn't accessible until evening, we were told we could park in the car park in 90 minutes. We had to find somewhere to park and come back. Cat sick in dining area, found by a customer. It appears that someone had had an upset tummy in the toilet, under rim. There were splash marks of this on the tiles /wall next to the toilet.

Disappointed

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: It was just myself and my 12 year old daughter staying one night before visiting the Big Cat Sanctuary the following morning. We had a 5 hour drive down and were looking forward to a nice peaceful nights sleep in what appeared to be a quiet countryside location ready to be fresh for a full day of action the next day..... that did not happen. We noticed one motorbike after another arrive until the car park was pretty much full of motorbikes. From 8pm a live band kicked off in the pub which had its doors and windows open - fair enough, but the music went on until after 11.30pm. Then the pub obviously closed, but there were people stood about laughing and chatting loudly until way past 1am. The walls in the room were paper thin, and due to the noise, we had to keep our window closed to try and get a chance of some sleep which meant it was hot and stuffy.I wouldn't usually mind as I love a good music gig, but for the purposes of our trip and needing a good night's sleep, it was impossible not to get annoyed. Nobody even pre warned us when we checked in, and when we mentioned how disappointed and exhausted we were when we checked out, we didn't even get an apology. It's really not my idea of R&R To add insult to injury there was also no soap in the soap dispenser next to the sink.
