Nestled in a quiet yet central location in Windermere The Haven is a traditional Victorian stone built house with free parking. The railway station is 6 minutes' walk away and Windermere Lake is less than a mile from the property. Each room at The Haven features an en suite shower room with bathrobes and free toiletries a TV with DVD player free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. A hearty breakfast is served daily and it includes a traditional full English breakfast with locally produced Cumbrian sausage fruit juices cereals fresh fruit and hot beverages. Liked: Excellent location and delightful host. Really comfy beds and clean, charming room.
Disliked: Room had three beds but no space for suitcases or storage.

Liked: The room is comfy and specious. The breakfast has many options and its very delicious. The host lady Catherine is really friendly and we had great stay here. Will definitely come back again.
