Liked: The Studios were right in the centre of town, but just off the Main Street. It was quiet, larger than usual and had a fabulous restaurant next door which was connected through a gate. We were so lucky to be greeted by Janine and her staff. Janine was so obliging and helpful. When a small issue arose, she was very quick to respond and went well above her duties to resolve it. We cannot thank Janine and her staff enough for a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Liked: Good location and lovely and comfortable
Disliked: The check in was located in another location and the address was incorrect. Took us a while to find the correct location but the lady at the check in apologised and said they had just changed the info on the booking system.

Good rooms in a central...

Liked: Spacious well appointed room with comfortable bed and basic catering facilities. Quiet area with private parking facilities in a very central location. Exceptional shower.
Disliked: The check in location had apparently changed but this was not advised to us even in emails received on the day of check in.Room had advertised a coffee machine but there were no pods nor info on where to get pods meaning we did not get to use it. Similarly there was no milk in the fridge. In a town that opens late in the morning some info on nearest available options would be very helpful. A small matter but the difference between a good experience and the exceptional experience that the facilities merited.Being advised of the steep staircase would have helped in room selection - carrying bags up staircase was not easy for less mobile guests.

Liked: As far as we know there was no breakfast included. Parking was perfect.
Disliked: Pillows were hard and flat. The room was quite small for 2 people.
