Disliked: The walls had crusties.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The first room had no hot water and the room they put me in next had hot water but it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest, so I cleaned it myself. I was just tired of bothering people.

Liked: The staff was friendly. The evening front desk person went out of her way to take care of a couple of issues.
Disliked: The property is old and worn down. Cleanliness was ok considering how old the property is.

Disliked: Spend $20 more and get a place slightly better, the staff here are nice but otherwise it's just plain bad. Paint peeling off the wall, cracked and stained toilet, stained bedspreads and lampshades, we were freezing all night because the heater smelled like burning hair if you turned it on. This place will be best when it's a pile of rubble.

Disliked: It was filthy. Bug corpses, mysterious splatters, someone's sock under the nightstand, gunk on the floor, hairs in the tub .....
