Winter break

Liked: The hotel was decorated for Xmas, absolutely wonderful,the staff were great and breakfast and evening meal outstanding.Will return next spring.

Celebrating my birthday, couldn’t have...

Liked: Great location, 5 mins walk to local bars and clothes shops etc. Christmas decorations in hotel were amazing. Room very clean and window opened for fresh air, always a plus if you don’t like air conditioning. Pass card needed to get to rooms keeping it very secure. Breakfast, fresh made pancakes, as well as usual breakfast options. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Our stay was very enjoyable.

Liked: The location was perfect and the food was great. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold even though the radiator was on.

Happy with our experience with...

Liked: Great location. Breakfast good. Bed comfy. Very clean except for carpet.
Disliked: Extractor fan stopped working after first use. The carpet obviously hadn’t been hoovered. Most of the staff were fine, but one or two surly ones.
