Wouldn’t stay here again unless...

Liked: The lobby was nice.
Disliked: The parking garage was sometimes closed & was a very tight squeeze. The bathroom was dingy, the water pressure was bad, the curtains couldn’t close all the way and there was a weird scent. Lady who checks in was not friendly and was cold.

Staff seem much happier this...

Liked: The new facility looks amazing.
Disliked: They took out the ramp to the front entrance.

Overall, a very nice hotel.

Liked: Check in was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. It was at the end of a corridor, near an exit door. Unfortunately, that door got a lot of traffic day and night and it was continually slammed shut. Other than that, the location is perfect. Lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes in walking distance. I wish the pool had been open; it looked gorgeous.

Definitely would visit again

Liked: The highlights of this Hotel is location, price and staff were very friendly and very helpful! I appreciate the microwave being in the lobby and available when needed. The king suite studio is the best room!
Disliked: The elevators
