Liked: The staff and location is amazing to downtown. Room is fantastic.

It was a great location,...

Liked: The latte was good, and the selection of breakfast was, also. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The valets were excellent greeters as were the hosts at the check in desks.
Disliked: We waited 15 minutes for our bill at the bar after asking. When I got up to ask another bartender, I got snipped at by a little brunette with glasses. When the manager started to help us she told him we had just asked for it! The other staff were very kind and the valets outside were great. The maid walked in at 9:00 am without knocking. And, again at 9:45. Also, they were knocking around in the room right above us at 11:00pm. The bathroom counter objects had not been dusted in weeks, neither were the lampshades.

Weekend getaway

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful, from the valets outside to the concierge and wait staff at the bar. We stumbled into Franklin's street festival which was a bonus....great town with plenty to walk to
Disliked: We didn't stay long enough

Wonderful evening with my wife...

Liked: I liked the closeness to downtown. I enjoyed the room amenities. Large shower and positioning of the bed in the room. I like the balcony and the availability of food and drinks within the Harpeth.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to pay for parking in the garage closest to the Harpeth. I was told later by the staff that I could park down the road at the public parking garage for free.
