Weekend getaway

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful, from the valets outside to the concierge and wait staff at the bar. We stumbled into Franklin's street festival which was a bonus....great town with plenty to walk to
Disliked: We didn't stay long enough

Wonderful evening with my wife...

Liked: I liked the closeness to downtown. I enjoyed the room amenities. Large shower and positioning of the bed in the room. I like the balcony and the availability of food and drinks within the Harpeth.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to pay for parking in the garage closest to the Harpeth. I was told later by the staff that I could park down the road at the public parking garage for free.

Liked: Charming and great location. Also the live music and bar was a great touch.

Good location but won’t coming...

Liked: I like how spacious and clean the bathroom was. Some of the staff are friendly. The place let dogs stay in the hotel
Disliked: As a pet friendly hotel, i would have thought they would have some amenities for pets but there wasn’t. The wifi didn’t work at all when we were there. There were loud noises at night when we were sleeping and also in the morning. It sounds like somebody was dragging or dropping things.
