Liked: In a good location, easy access to the motorway
Disliked: Our room was a long long walk from reception. Felt unsafe being so far away from the car park. Car park is exposed and messages of taking responsibility for anything happening to the car not very assuring. The receptionist was rude and had an attitude at check in which we didn’t appreciate as felt unwelcome and as if we were bothering her. Why was parking not included in the cost of the room- had to pay extra for what seemed to be a not so secure car park. Broken iron and spent half an hour trying to get a replacement which delayed us checking out.
